In this 2-day workshop, participants will master proven techniques to develop highly effective personal skills that include Communication, Negotiation and Influencing skills. Participants will embark on a personal discovery journey to discover their strengths and weaknesses through working with Emotional Intelligence model and a Personality Profiling Assessment. With greater self-awareness, personal productivity improves. Participants will be able to enhance their ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders effectively and manage projects with greater success. With the knowledge and skills gained, participants will develop to be a Proactive Leader, be adaptable to anticipate change and manage work challenges effectively.

In this workshop, participants will learn:

  1. Enhance your personal Communication, Influencing and Negotiation skills and learn to be a highly effective person.
  2. Leverage on Emotional Intelligence science and communicate harmoniously with teams.
  3. Discover your individual Personality Type and raise your self-awareness.
  4. Expand your influence at work and gain trust among the people you work with.

Master the art of Empathy, Listening and Questioning skills to communicate and influence people skilfully.
