With 2 campuses located in France, École Ducasse shares the expertise and philosophy of the iconic Chef Alain Ducasse – founder of the school and the most awarded Michelin Star Chef in the world.
École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie (ENSP – National Pastry Arts School) Housed in the imposing Castle of Montbarnier, in the village of Yssingeaux since 1984, the ENSP has been the leading vocational school, both in France and worldwide, for pastry, bakery, chocolate, confectionary and ice cream arts.
Paris Campus
The new flagship campus of École Ducasse occupies a purpose-built, 5,000 sq. m space in the Parisian suburb of Meudon (10 km from the heart of Paris). The Paris Campus is set to become the global standard for training in culinary and pastry arts. The campus enables students to experience the energy and professionalism of a global centre for gastronomy, as well as the culture and French Art de Vivre that is unique to the ‘City of Light’. Thanks to this new partnership, students of Amity Global Institute will be entitled to a 15% scholarship off the tuition fees for the Essentials and Diploma Programmes.
