Job Description:
Join our vibrant team at Amity Global Institute in Singapore as a Social Media Coordinator! We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to manage our social media presence and engage with our diverse community of students, faculty, alumni, and prospective students. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a key role in promoting Amity’s programs, events, and achievements across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute social media strategies to elevate Amity Global Institute’s brand awareness and engage with our target audience.
– Create compelling content, including posts, videos, and stories, that showcase Amity’s academic offerings, campus life, student testimonials, and industry partnerships.
– Monitor social media channels to respond to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
– Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
– Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to enhance Amity’s online presence.
– Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
– Previous experience managing social media accounts for an educational institution, preferably in a multicultural environment.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
– Deep understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok, as well as social media management tools and analytics platforms.
– Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content ideas that resonate with Amity’s target audience.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Title – Academic Support Executive
Job Description
Lecturer Deployment
- Prepare and update the list of deployed lecturers
- Schedule classes and prepare timetables after checking lecturer availability
- Prepare and send deployment for approval and arrange contract from HR
- Register with EDP partner by sending necessary documents to Academic Directors
Timetable / Course Planning
- Prepare an orientation email draft for ASM with the required attachments
- Prepare a module student name list for ALL courses and share it with ASM
- Prepare timetables for in-house and EDP programmes
- Inform students of changes via Blackboard, email & WhatsApp
- Update late-joiners on the timetable
- Provide timetables to the marketing team as requested
Room Allocation
- Prepare weekly room allocation for lessons

Job Title – Student Management Executive
Job Description
Student Attendance
- Monitor and record student attendance daily using the biometric thumbprint system and other tools.
- Identify students with low attendance and issue formal warning letters in accordance with institutional policies.
- Take appropriate follow-up actions to address and rectify attendance
- Contact students who have been absent to remind them of their responsibilities, using email or phone calls as necessary.
- Conduct periodic visits to classes to ensure that students are attending as expected and address any attendance-related concerns.
- Offer guidance and counseling services to students, addressing their academic and personal
- Work with administrative staff to ensure that attendance records are integrated with other student records and systems.
Student Personal Files
- Maintain and update student personal files (p-files) with accurate and current information, including personal details, academic progress, and any other relevant records.
- Ensure accurate entry of new data and timely updates to existing records to reflect changes in student status or information.
- Organize and categorize student files systematically for easy retrieval and efficient
- Prepare necessary documents related to student records, including transcripts, enrollment confirmations, and certificates, in a timely manner.
Student Inquiry
- Carefully listen to and understand the nature and specifics of student
- Provide clear, accurate, and concise responses to student inquiries, ensuring that information is easily understood.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of support provided and make necessary adjustments to better meet student needs
- Provide pastoral care and support to students, addressing personal and academic
- assist in organizing and coordinating student affairs activities, such as orientation programs, workshops, and social events.
- Address and manage any other operational matters related to student services and administrative functions.

Job Title – Admissions Support Executive
Job Description
- Monitor student profile and details in school management system
- Ensure student contract is signed and fee protection insurance is purchased
- Ensure accurate tracking of all student pass applications using ICA e-system
- Liaise with marketing and sales team on student matters
- Organise orientation and graduation ceremonies
- Identify the payments in bank statement
- Issuance of receipts & email to students – all the receipts of identified payments must be issued within the week and email the e-receipts to the respective students
- Fee Protection Scheme report – must be update accordingly on timely basis
- Prepare report for refund of excess payment
- Prepare report for outstanding payment / instalments
- Credit control – email to the students on weekly basis
