Job Title – Content and Design Creator

Job Description:

The Marketing team, led by the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer, is looking for a creative professional with a strong command of design principles and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts and design assets for digital and print media, including brochures, social media content, website graphics, email campaigns, presentations, and signage.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, admissions, and academic teams to understand project goals and deliver visual solutions aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Translate complex information into visually appealing and easy-to-understand materials for prospective students, parents, and partners.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Assist in maintaining and evolving the visual identity of the institution.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in education marketing and apply them to projects.
  • Support photo and video shoots as needed, including art direction and basic editing.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional design experience, preferably within the education or non-profit sector.
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills, with full professional fluency in both English and Chinese.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative, high-quality design work across various media.
  • Expert user of the latest Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, After Effects).
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Has strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, working within tight timelines with a quick turnaround.


    Other Skills:

    • Experience with creating animated gifs using After Effects or Photoshop
    • Videography and editing skills, via Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
    • Fluency in web design, UI/UX, and Adobe Experience Manager
    • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)

    Job Title – College Administrator

    Job Description:

    The College Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the College Head, academic programmes, staff, and students, ensuring smooth daily operations.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to the College Head, academic staff, and management.
    • Coordinate academic calendars, class timetables, teacher scheduling, and attendance management.
    • Manage academic resources, textbooks, and teaching materials inventory.
    • Organise assessment materials and assisting with weekly and monthly tests.
    • Maintain accurate student records and attendance data, including communication with parents/guardians.
    • Facilitate student orientation, welfare matters, and parent-teacher communications.
    • Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly student progress reports by teachers, and coordinate their distribution to parents or guardians.
    • Verify monthly salary claims submitted by part-time teachers.
    • Handle documentation related to student transfers, withdrawals, and general academic administration.
    • Undertake general office duties and perform other relevant tasks assigned by management.

     

    Job Requirements:

    • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications such as (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams etc.) is a must.

    Job Title – Student Management Executive

    Job Description:
    The incumbent will play an integral role across departments, mainly with Sales and Admissions.

     

    Responsibilities:

    Student Attendance

    • Monitor and record student attendance daily using the biometric thumbprint system and other tools.
    • Identify students with low attendance and issue formal warning letters in accordance with institutional policies.
    • Take appropriate follow-up actions to address and rectify attendance.
    • Contact students who have been absent to remind them of their responsibilities, using email or phone calls as necessary.
    • Conduct periodic visits to classes to ensure that students are attending as expected and address any attendance-related concerns.
    • Offer guidance and counseling services to students, addressing their academic and personal.
    • Work with administrative staff to ensure that attendance records are integrated with other student records and systems.


    Student Personal Files

    • Maintain and update student personal files (p-files) with accurate and current information, including personal details, academic progress, and any other relevant records.
    • Ensure accurate entry of new data and timely updates to existing records to reflect changes in student status or information.
    • Organize and categorize student files systematically for easy retrieval and efficient.
    • Prepare necessary documents related to student records, including transcripts, enrolment confirmations, and certificates, in a timely manner.


    Student Inquiry

    • Carefully listen to and understand the nature and specifics of student.
    • Provide clear, accurate, and concise responses to student inquiries, ensuring that information is easily understood.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of support provided and make necessary adjustments to better meet student needs.
    • Provide pastoral care and support to students, addressing personal and academic
    • assist in organizing and coordinating student affairs activities, such as orientation programs, workshops, and social events.
    • Address and manage any other operational matters related to student services and administrative functions.

    Job Title – Admissions Executive

    Job Description:
    The incumbent will play an integral role across departments, mainly with Sales and Student Management.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist Sales Team for international student’s enrolment to achieve annual new student recruitment, including course consultation.
    • Contact Agent to explain course details, processing student pass, verifying details completed in applications and entry requirements, monitoring course fees payment and ensuring student collects the pass.
    • Monitor student’s profile and details in school management system.
    • Issuance of offer letter and student contract.
    • Ensure student contract is signed and fee protection insurance is purchased.
    • Responsible for student pass application using ICA e-system.
    • Ensure accuracy in student pass application and submit timely.
    • Ensure accurate tracking of all student pass applications using ICA e-system.
    • Liaise with ICA officer for rejected applications and appeals.
    • Provide support and analysis as well as suggestions and solutions for rejected student pass application.
    • Ensure courses offered by the school and permitted by SSG are updated accordingly in ICA Solar+ System.
    • Prepare and submit regular report to Head of Department – student pass monthly report, Agent recruitment report, student’s highest qualification mapping report.
    • Liaise with marketing and sales team on student matters.
    • Organise orientation and graduation ceremonies.

     

    Job Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Chinese, written and spoken, is essential for this position.
    • Able to communicate in English.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications such as (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams etc.) is a must.
    • Working knowledge of ICA e-system will be an advantage.
