Terms and Conditions for Submission of Google Review Reward
Eligibility:
To be eligible for the Google Review Reward, participants must be current students, alumni, faculty, or staff of Amity Global Institute.
Review Submission:
Participants must submit a review of Amity Global Institute @228 Orchard Road on our Google Business Profile, rating the Amity Global Institute with 5 stars and providing a written review detailing their positive experiences.
The review must be up for a minimum of 15 days before the participant is able to collect his/her reward.
Verification:
Reviews will be verified by Amity Global Institute to ensure compliance with the specified rating and content requirements.
Only reviews meeting the criteria outlined in these terms and conditions will be eligible for the Reward.
Reward Distribution:
Participants whose reviews meet the eligibility criteria will receive a $5 Grab voucher via email within 7 days upon confirmation of submission of 5-star review.
The Reward is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other forms of compensation.
Limitations:
Each participant is eligible to receive the Reward for one verified review of Amity Global Institute on Amity Global Institute’s Google Business Profile.
Multiple reviews from the same participant will not result in additional Rewards.
Participant Consent:
By participating in the Reward program, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to Amity Global Institute without additional compensation.
Modification or Termination:
Amity Global Institute reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Reward program at any time without prior notice.
In the event of program modification or termination, Amity Global Institute will honour Rewards for eligible reviews submitted prior to the effective date of the modification or termination.
Compliance:
Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations when submitting reviews for the Reward program.
Any reviews found to be in violation of Google’s terms of service or guidelines will be ineligible for the Reward.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
By participating in the Google Review Reward program, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Amity Global Institute reserves the right to interpret and enforce these terms and conditions at its discretion.
