This sales training focuses on developing the “CORE” strengths of the Sales Professional. Having a strong CORE is similar to having a powerful “nuclear plant” inside the individual that drives for massive, sustainable success. This intensive 2 Day course focuses on 3 areas:
1) Mind Strength Development. We develop a strong and resilient mind by uncovering our deep seated Beliefs and Values. Beliefs and Values drive us and explain why we do what we do. By strengthening our Beliefs and Values, we have clarity of goals and direction. And Clarity is Power. With a purpose-driven mind, no challenge is unsurmountable.
2) Strategy & Goal Planning. No success can be achieved without first having a goal in mind. Here, we will look into the power of Intention Setting and setting meaningful, achievable Outcomes. Is mapping your success for the long-term. At this point, your Beliefs, Values and Goals will be aligned. The Mind and Body are One. When the mind is made up, actions follow. Positive Mind, leads to Positive Actions, leads to Positive Outcomes.
3) NLP Powered Selling Techniques. Here, participants will master a structured Sales Training, the AIST MODEL. This model was developed with a practitioner’s 30 years of selling experience. Participants will be coached progressively through the model, using a “bite-size learning & apply” approach. Learn to ask result-producing questions, build rapid rapport, persuade with skill and offer suggestions with minimal resistance and gain agreement fast.

- Harness powerful NLP presuppositions to develop sustainable confidence in life and work
